𝟭. 𝘽𝙐𝙈𝙋 𝙄𝙉 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨

Tues 26/4 from 1pm – BY PRE ARRANGEMENT ONLY – the venue is still being cleaned from the weekend prior and only pre agreed arrvials can be accepted.
Wed 27/4 9am -1pm & 2pm – 6pm
Thur 28/4 7am – 12pm & 1pm – 6pm
 
Please respect the above times, and if you genuinely cannot make these times please call Clinton to advise when you think you will arrive. If you arrive outside your times, you may not be met by anyone unless you have called prior.
 
𝟮. 𝙃𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙑𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙨
All horses must follow the red arrows for the bridle path to access arenas, Please have a look at the map on the Competitor Info Page on the website.
 
𝟯. 𝙃𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨
Please note, horses may use General Purpose area for general working only.
 
There is to be no horses exercised on the Polo fields at all prior to the event or during the event, the only use of the polo fields is in the warmups and during competition.
 
𝟰. 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙎𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙨
Some sites will be running from generators. We have done our best to try to allocate agreed Tuesday arrivals not to generators, but if your site is on a generator and you arrive and it is not switched on, please be patient with us. Generators will be switched on by mid afternoon Wednesday.
 
𝟱. 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙡
You must call Clinton when you arrive and he will come and unlock them for you. Unfortunately we have to do this to protect your shavings that are being placed inside them.
 
𝟲. 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙨
All portable stables, that have been allocated are located along K road near the Polo fields, these are prime position stables (you will be grateful you have the least walk! :))
